The Essential Feminine Company - Empowering Women to Create Successful Businesses and Lives

 

Each day we women make choices that affect the lives of millions.  It’s time to realize our impact on the world and to claim our role in the significant impact we are making. Only, when we claim with strength the power we hold, will we be able to fully live this power in the world.  Sometimes I think others believe more deeply in us than we do in ourselves.

We women deliver so many riches and gems to the world daily and I don’t just mean the midwives.  We deliver joy and hope, protection, care and compassion, intelligent solutions, nurturance and deep relationship building.  For years I’ve been closely watching how CARE, The Hunger Project and Women Deliver have chosen to invest strongly into women and families.   For years the Grameen Foundation,  as well as others, have invested microfinance funds in women with a 97% average return on their loans.  Women are concerned to see prosperity, good health and hope readily shared, as we are the ones who birth life. 

It’s now time to evaluate the choices we are making in our own lives that lead us to be the most we can be.

 I had the distinct pleasure of doing a number of trainings with Dannen on the subject of “Peace Making Between Men and Women”.  He taught me a great deal that still lives on in me today.  Dannen’s philosophy was clear and simple.  We hang on to our old ways until they become painful or are no longer of service.  It is only at that time that we release the old ways and move on. 

This is important to us as women today.  We have lived within a society that has emphasized the masculine perspective and masculine attributes (logical, intellectual, rational, objective, individualistic, unemotional, dominating).  We have neglected to explore feminine attributes (people skills, language abilities, a drive to network, contextual thinking, concern for the whole, etc.) and to value them.  We, as women, and our society are suffering because of the resulting imbalance.  We need to discover within ourselves our natural strengths, honor these strengths and bring them forth into for forefront of our lives for healing to take place.  In this process, we must also look at how we support our “old ways” of thinking and acting.  Are they behaviors that no longer serve us and thus, can be released so we can move on. 

 As women, we can develop a Feminine Perspective when moving towards success and better serve ourselves and our world.

Empowered successful alive women create their lives from their imagination. They attract the exact right people and the exact right experiences at the right time.  As women move into positions of greater success and influence we learn that within our imagination we hold the power to recreate our lives and manifest far more than we believe on a day-to-day basis. The art of manifesting for success includes one’s ability to clearly define a desired outcome or way of being and to believe and work towards this on a daily basis.  Setting a clear intention is the first step in designing the life that you desire.  Never be afraid to think big and design this new reality to include things that both feel good and provide you with opportunities for growth.  This will lead you to creating and living with influence and success. The next step is to learn to do this from the Feminine Perspective.  This will require us to have greater confidence and more ease with our personal power.  Take a look at how you are living your life today.  Do you feel successful?
